Help Me Make Decisions

This is a first draft of a tool I developed to help me think through decisions. It’s designed to go beyond simple pros and cons by incorporating uncertainty (probability) and the magnitude of possible outcomes, helping me reason more explicitly about trade-offs. It works well for me, though there’s plenty of room for improvement. If you have suggestions, I’d love to hear them.
